sAd!!

i am so sad that i couldn't help her anything..seeing her under depression,i can't do anything,i feel that i am useless..what can i do to comfort her??now then only i know how's the feeling be,seeing a person that u care of is unhappy,but you can't do anything or whatever u did to make her happy... i want to tell her that life is so beautiful eventhough whatever happens to her...

sometimes,human being just can't take ourselves from depression or think the other way although we know the right way to think...but it's just happen to do the opposite way..the wrong way..not the right way..
what i can tell her is the principle..but u have to save urself..u have to try to think and as well do the right direction..
Someone told me that our heart should be like flame in a candle..although it is small,a candle is so generous that can light up every corner in a very dark space.Same as our heart,we have to be as generous as the candle to light up everyone,to accept everyone and also to forgive.........what else is more lovely than a forgive??not only u have to forgive others,but also yourself...forgive yourself,love yourself,protect yourself and your heart...
i hope she can love herself and love her heart too...cheer up!!think wisely n be happy always...
